A Student Honours Thesis ProjectWelcome to "Kimono: Beyond Fluttering Sleeves". This Website exhibit was put together as part of a student honours thesis project. Most of the images of kimono are from the collection of Museum of Anthropology (MOA), University of British Columbia, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Because of their delicate nature these kimono are rarely put on display. This exhibit is an attempt to allow the public to see some of these beautiful textiles.
