This kuro tomesode has a landscape pattern with fans. The pattern crosses the side seams and continues on the back of the kimono. This could be a very formal homongi. It has a red inner lining.

The pattern is very bright and colourful, and the sleeves are longer so a young married woman probably wore it. The white mon are visible on the front and the back.
