Collections Research Enhancement Project
As part of the Partnership of Peoples Project, collections staff undertook many initiatives to improve both physical and virtual access to MOA’s collections in the future. These included digitizing the collections, as well as conducting an intensive survey to enhance the level of information available in MOA’s collections database. Physical access to the collections for researchers and community members has been improved through the development of specialized object supports and mounts. The Collections Research Enhancement project involves four streams of activity: survey, mounting, digitization, and move.
